Try

#define FIXED_12_FONT "-b&h-lucidatypewriter-medium-r-normal-*-12-*-*-*-*-*-*-*,*-r-*"

etc. and see if that doesn't solve the problem.


PS: note that for applications needing charcell output (typically an xterm) it
is more complex.
