Galeon release from HEAD

We've had a change of plan regarding our stable / unstable branches
and now intend to ship Galeon HEAD with Gnome 1.4beta2.

Since the beta is due on the 26th we will probably be building
packages the weekend of 24-25th, and we'd very much appreciate as many
up-to-date translations as possible by that time.
