I believe that a good enhancement would be the possibility to have
comments for the translated terms. For example, each translation of a term
to a local language should have some space to put a comment on how or
where the term should be used.
I believe the .po format allows such comments.

In database talk, we would have the following files:

1. MASTER_FILE{key_field: TERM_IN_ENGLISH, text: DESCRIPTION};
2. EL_FILE{key_field: TERM_IN_ENGLISH, text: EL_TRANSLATION, text:
				EL_COMMENT};
3. SV_FILE{key_field: TERM_IN_ENGLISH, text: SV_TRANSLATION, text:
				SV_COMMENT};
...
...

I do not know if there is need for other type of fields.
