Two questions

First, where I must send translated po files? It will be first time we will
add  them (Latvian team).
And second, does anyone don't have something like web dictionary, where to
add terms and their translations in our language.
Then translators can see which terms we use for translations. And of
coarse, creating new ones, because there's no translation
for many terms at all.
