GDM2 locales: Missing Az

Hello.
  Last time while translating GDM2 .po file I've
detected that all languages and countries are
represented in GDM2 module's menu. But Az is missing.
I've thought it may be because of UTF-8. We are using
it as default encoding. But may be I'm wrong. az_AZ is
missing in GDM2's menu. May be you can inform us about
it?
