RedHat 7.1 and Ximian

Hi again:

I am trying to find out if anyone has had luck seeing their translations (or 
I am not looking properly) running RedHat 7.1 and the Gnome distribution 
1.4.x from Ximian.

When I set the locale in ~/.i18n, it changes the menus in the startup bar 
but not the window menus. This does not happen in RedHat 7.0. Does Ximian 
install the same software for both version 7.0 and 7.1?
