bug-buddy branches

hi,

i noticed people were still committing updates to the bug-buddy-2-1-0
branch.  i've already done the 2.1.0 release, so that branch should be
considered dead.  i've put a little file in there mentioning this.

"HEAD" is the current developing tree.
