Patches for gnome-media

I'd like to vote for inclusion for the following patches even though at
least two of them break the string freeze (only three strings though):

The string changes are needed so that we don't use trademarked terms in
a general way in the GUI.

The first patch seems incomplete to me though? Maybe I'm not reading it
right. As far as I can see it only adds one shortcut?

Thoughts?
