String change in gnome-2-2 branch of gnome-applets

Hi folks. Just a heads up for a string change in the gnome-2-2 branch of
gnome-applets. This is to fix bug #112455, which prevented the wireless
applet to be put in the right catagory. It is only to translate the
applet catagory name (which should already be translated in other
applets I assume). Thanks,
