possible i18n related bug in programme startup indicator code

Hi,
I would just like to find whether this issue is affecting other l10n
groups or not:

When I run an application from a launcher on the panel itself, a 
message comes up in the window list - saying <localized>Starting xxx</localized>. 
However, while starting applications from the main menu shows the following message
<localized>Starting</localized> xxx. 

Does this happen with other teams too??
