I would imagine ms@Arab by the ISO-15924 convention ... the extra
characters used in Jawi are part of the Unicode Arabic block and
Jawi *is* a form of the Arabic script; just as Malay written in latin
characters is the Latin script.

(A good example of the advantage of using standardized names; if
people make up descriptive names, then it's not clear if it's ms@arabic
or ms@jawi. Both are reasonable. But with the standardized set of 
names, then there is no ambiguity.)
