That's not the correct way to do that. To do what you want set in your environment: LANG=nah_MX:es_MX and then all translations will looked at nah_MX, then nah, then es_MX, then es and if none exists, it will show the string in english. That way you get the spanish changes automatically. About the fuzzy, those are strings that should be reviewed by the translator because they are just a translation guess, you review that the translation is correct and fix it if it's not and then, remove the fuzzy label.
