Heads-up on fuzz introduced by fix to #147644; and request to mark 1 new string

Hi:

two things:

(1)

In pursuit of #151017 we re-opened #147644; basically in order to deal
with intltool's alteration of whitespace in translatable element
content, we had to add the 'xml:space="preserve"' attribute to a handful
of elements in the GOK xml.in files.

This means that intltool-extract finds slightly different whitespace
than it used to. The po files still contain the translations, but they
become fuzzy; I thought we'd better let the list know. Please let us
know if this is a problem - though I don't see a better solution,
leaving the problem as-is means that the translations from the po file
don't get found at runtime :-(

(2)

In the process, we found a single string in directed.xml.in that should
have been marked for translation, but wasn't:

<GOK:description xml:space="preserve">Move the highlighter in 4
directions. Select key.</GOK:description>

[note: there should be no newlines in the above element content].

Is it OK to mark this string?

Thanks and best regards,

Bill
