String change in GTK+

Hey guys,

While cleaning up the GtkFileChooser dialog in GTK+, I had to add a
string to allow you to create new folders.  Just a heads up.

Additionally, there will probably be one more batch of changes as we
have to translate common URI schemes to human readable names.  This is
going to be a cut-n-paste of strings that exist in nautilus.
