Getting hold of the en_GB co-ordinator

I would like to see gnome working in English English (getting sick of seeing
'color' everywhere), but the co-ordinator seems to not be responding to
emails.

Where do I go from here? The instructions for translation are good enough to get
the translations done, but those covering how to submit translations are rather
wanting - assuming that you are already at deity ability at using CVS and can
mystically make the access appear from nowhere.

I now have a selection of fully translated .po files on my computer, but no way
of submitting them to the wider world...

Any help would be useful
