svn access for Gujarati Team Member

Hi all,

Sometime in 2004 (Feb), we started Gujarati (gu) translation of Gnome.
Later, Ankit Patel took all tasks of translation in his shoulder and
maintaining it very well keeping Gnome Gujarati Translation nearly
100%.

To make work faster and accurate, I thought, I should join the force
once again. I had commit access during 2004, but somehow I didn't use
it after that.

So, I want commit access for Gujarati Translation again. Please let me
know what is next step.
