Thank you Simos for suggesting this. I guess it makes it more convincing
than if we suggest it :-)  Here is a page on our wiki about the idea of

We have indeed hosted several events using Pootle, and found it great
for several reasons, including minimal setup required, central
administration of files, ease of use, etc.

If you want, we can also look at quality issues specific to Sinhala -
perhaps we can customise some quality checks specifically for the
language (or disable those unrelated to Sihala) if it will help.
