Hi Rob,

Even if my language is not concerned here, I'm very glad to see such
translation work contributed upstream. It is *very* appreciated.

Now of course it's always difficult to convey po files as patches. IMHO,
the easier way would be to create an account on l10n.gnome.org and
simply upload your files on the respective pages.
E.g. for empathy Finnish:
- go to http://l10n.gnome.org -> Modules -> Empathy
- choose the branch (latest stable or master) and click on the language
- you are now on  http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/empathy/master/po/fi
- just upload your fi.po file with an appropriate comment (e.g. "Moblin
translation")

The file will then automatically be merged with the current pot file,
and the coordinator/reviewers can immediately review the diff.
Accessorily, this could be done by a non technical person.
