When you commit a translation at git.gnome.org, your translation is
auto-checked for correctness using the tool

msgfmt --check eo.po

Translation tools tend to be lenient and do not flag such errors.
Therefore, in such a case, you need to locate the line number '4644'
and correct the error.
For your eo.po, the message you have at 4644

#: ../src/nautilus-view.c:997
#, c-format
msgid "This will open %'d separate window."
msgid_plural "This will open %'d separate windows."
msgstr[0] "Ĉi tio malfermos %'d apartan fenestron."

which means that you omitted the translation of the plural form, for
this specific message.
You have put only the singular form. Once you translate it for the
plural form as well, you can commit safely.
