Re: Strange string in Damned Lies translation

Hi all,

Hello Mario,

while translating the po file for the Damned Lies website, I found this
string:

#: templates/vertimus/vertimus_detail.html:179
#: templates/vertimus/vertimus_detail.html:185
msgid "Y_g_i_s"
msgstr ""

What's the meaning of this and where can I found it in Damned Lies?

Redirecting the question to Tom: it seems this string (date format) is used as some internal link,

Indeed, it generates a name for an anchor link [1] that points to a div with the same name. It is used to show/hide the time of an action on mobile view.

You can see the result here [3] if you resize your browser or view it with a smartphone.

does it really need to be translatable?

Claude no, it's ok to mark the string as non-translatable.

Tom
