Is due to this change that gnome-software[1] has about 600 unstranslated new strings?

It's a very big change in just one day... there is no way to reduce it?

Hi team,

We may receive a good bunch of those messages in the near future due to
resolution of
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/damned-lies/issues/149,
which adds release note string extraction from appdata xml files.

Piotr suggested on the ticket that we strip those strings from the
reduced pot versions.
