Its probably preferable to drop the menus and perhaps the status bar.
There's no particular reason to make this a primary window (that I can
think of). I would recommend not showing the search results at all until
"Find" has been pressed for the first time. This will place the Find
button in the lower right hand corner of the dialog, at least on the
first press (which hopefully will be all people will usually need :-)
