if i'm not mistaken, rightclick on desktop is handled by nautilus.

for people who are used to olvwm, wmaker, blackbox, many more,
these ppl are used to launch prg from right_click_at_any_desktop.

good idea but i think the desktop context menu has these 
(priority from high to low)
 - launch terminal
 - "run"
 - panel menu
