Hmm, I don't recall anything in the HIG that says you shouldn't hide
Advanced settings behind a disclosure triangle or an Advanced button.
Admittedly, there's nothing that says you *should*, either, for a couple
of reasons.  

First and foremost, we want people to think about every option and
whether it's really necessary, rather than just sticking an Advanced
section in every dialog.  

Second, we were waiting on a nice disclosure triangle widget to come
along as they're much nicer than Advanced buttons :)  Now that we have
one, it's probably time to start thinking about describing how to use it
in the HIG.
