[Usability]CD-RW, DVD-RW, DVD+RW as r/w devices

   It would be a great idea to make CD-RW, DVD-RW & DVD+RW read/write 
devices using it with the explorer interface as Windows does. Of course 
for -R or +R too.

   The floppy era is dead, and new CD recorders record a complete CD in 
more o less the same time than a floppy, I use XP and Linux, with CD-RW, 
miniCD-RW, and DVD-RW and XP programs to write and, of course, the 
direct use of them as r/w devices make XP more friendly  than Gnome, 
that has been improved a lot last years as desktop interface.
