The problem isn't that the verbs themselves are weak, but that they don't
convey the full intent.  Looking at those definitions I don't see any reason
why I can't Open galeon.  And I know I was recently using it, but, darn it,
it's not in Open Recent, it's in Run Recent.  The verbs are good for giving
subtle hints about the kind of objects behind them, but I really don't think
they should stand alone as the sole indicators of what it is.  Maybe Run Recent
Application and Open Recent Document (or File or whatever).  Personally, I'm
liking the idea of sticking them in very different places anyway, so it
wouldn't even matter.
