I think I have a solution, which I'll post in a moment.

It says none of these are dialogs. :-)

My solution will remove the Close button! Chaos will reign!

Um . . . not really . . . about the chaos, that is.

I will remove the Close button, but magically solve another problem.
Now, everyone "Look over there!"  while I put the rabbit in my hat.
