[Usability] HIGification

Dennis, I notice that you are making some HIGification commits to things
like gnome-control-center. I should point out that we are in UI freeze
apart from ui-review changes:

Maybe these are already part of that ui-review page. Sorry, it's hard to
tell. But it's no big deal - we will try to allow lots of simple
HIGification before the ui-review freeze on August 4th. Ideally, it
would be nice to see bugs or ui-review documents for this stuff, for
history at least. We are clearly not as organised as we'd like to be and
I don't want to get in the way of good work.

I guess that whoever is giving you permission to make these commits
knows about this anyway. I'm just pointing it out in case you were not
aware. Cheers.
