Actually, I can; if only because doing so shortens my life.

It's never the right time and it's always the right time.

Some people would best spend their time, or the time of others, working
on UI review. These people are better at spotting errors than creating
models.

Other people would hinder UI review by trying to push towards a possible
future model instead of correcting the deviations from the current model.
They might best spend their time working on the model.

The GUP is not Leviathan; it's more like Pandemonium. ;-)

There are enough people in the GUP and enough hours in the day for work
to proceed on both review and design simultaneously.
