[Usability] Storable, what to do with applications that can't be localized

First of all, I like the idea behind Storable very much!

But, Storable and a number of other applications uses ideas and
subsystems which can not be localized without much work.
Storable uses technologies which is developed for an english grammer and
to develop a similar grammer for hindu, norwegian og zulu would be
difficult.
For some of the smaller languages it is not even likely there are anyone
with the skill to do the job.

An other example is gnucash which can be used for small business
accounting.
Nearly all countries have their own regulations for how this is done and
simply translating text strings are not enough.

Gnu cash isn't "mainstream" so the trouble isn't that greate, but if
Storable goes into Gnome core it could block localization of Gnome!

How can this be fixed? Is it possible?
