[Usability] Evolution: menuitem order: move/copy folders

I'm currently a bit uncertain on a particular usability issue:
In Evolution, there is the move and the copy action for folders to copy
them into (below) another folder. Both appear in menus. Currently, in
different menus their order is different. I'd like to unify that. What's
your opinion, should the order be
 Move...
 Copy...
or
 Copy...
 Move...
?
