Nope, GMT becomes BST (British Summer Time) during the, er... summer. 
Well, in the UK at least... timeanddate.com would have you believe
there's an equivalent called IST (Irish Summer Time) for Ireland, but
I've never heard of anyone actually using that, perhaps because it's so
hard to tell when it's summer here :)
