Currently we have:
Ctrl-W: Close
Shift-Ctrl-W: Close Parent Folder

Can't we change it into:
Ctrl-W: Close
Shift-W: Close Parent Folder
Shift-Ctrl-W: Close All Folders

The nice thing about that assignment is that the Shift key usually has
an arrow up label which would be consistent with Alt-Up (Open Parent).
Besides, the key normally is located above the Ctrl key. Yay.
