[Usability] dragging documents/document windows

Sometimes I download a document, which is auto-opened in Evince and
realize that I want to move it to the trash, because it isn't as
interesting as I hoped. Now I have to move it into the trash. This isn't
possible, since there is no drag handle. Therefore I have to go to the
folder containing the document and move it to the trash using nautilus.
I wonder whether adding drag handles is a good idea and how they could
be integrated into the GUI. Nautilus HEAD has drag handles for it's
folders (the location button), but SDI apps don't seem to have it.
It would be nice if there could be put up a policy on document dragging.

On a sidenote: I've played with libwnck to use the tasklist button as
drag/drop proxy, but dragging seems to be more complicated than
dropping, since (GTK+ limitation?) doesn't allow to set drag proxies.
Help appreciated.
