The "Network" folder already has support for listing dns-sd shares that
are visible through Nautilus. I would not want to see all possible
services that might use zeroconf, slp, or whatever, in a Nautilus
folder.

However, locale-based themes are useful. In fact, we already re-arrange
some things based on locale. RTL languages need to have the interface
flipped, for example. And metaphors for some things may not translate
well, particularly with icons and branding. However, having said that,
I do think it is better to just try and come up with simple metaphors
for things, that do translate well, rather than having themes where the
icons are different for different languages.
