[Usability] Another Nautilus file copy dialog issue

I was copying a large folder, and I ran into an error with one file.
The dialog box had this message:

Error "Generic error" while copying "file:///ho...ur%82e.m4a"

There are several issues with this. First of all, it doesn't tell me
the whole file name, and there's no way to resize the dialog to see
the whole thing. The only way for me to figure out what file didn't
get copied is to diff the two folders. Secondly, it doesn't tell me
why it didn't copy. It would be nice if it had some way of trying to
figure out why it broke. In this case, it was because the target file
system, NTFS, didn't support a character in the filename.
