The packages name is libgnome-vfs-dev.
However potato is pretty old and doesn't contain it (at least that's
what debian.org says)
You need to upgrade at least to woody (testing) to get it.

I am trying to install UNJUTA-0.1.9 on my Debian Linux Potato, but
'./configure' tells me that it could not find 'gnome-vfs-config', What
is this file and where can I find it? I tried using apt-get install
'gnome-vfs-config', but to no avail. Can anybody help?

The -config file usually comes from the development package for whatever
comes before '-config'.
In this case, gnome-vfs-dev or gnome-vfs-devel (whichever one debian
uses) should give it to you.
