I've made a beta release of Anjuta 1.0. There are still a number 
of known issues - mostly very minor, but primarily the manual is 
the main thing which is missing.

No announcements have been made on the major news sites yet.

The source tarball, source RPM and binary RPM are available from
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=14222

Note that the binary RPM was compiled on a vanilla RH7.3 system 
with all latest updates but downgraded to gettext from RH7.2. 
There is an issue with the version of gettext distributed with 
RH7.3 which may cause issues when attempting to compile GNOME 
1.x packages.
