[Anjuta-list] Extremely annoying feature

 Folks,

   Can anyone tell me how to turn off the auto-closing-tag thing that
Anjuta does?  I'm editing an XHTML file and I try to put in a <p> tag;
Anjuta takes it upon itself to automatically tack a </p> tag into the
file immediately to the right of my cursor.  This is more help than I
want; in fact, it's driving me nuts!  How do I turn it off?  I tried
editing the user.properties file, but the only thing that looked
promising (automatic.tags.update) didn't do the job.  Help!
