Hi Peter! First, you should use anjuta 2.2 in case you do not already. There, if you create a Gtkmm (C++ version of GTK+) project, a .glade file and some code showing the basic usage of libglade(mm) is shown. libglade is currently the prefered way to create GUI in GTK+ but will soon be replaced by GtkBuilder. Anyway, that's future.
