1. Review Action Items

   1. Hong Kong Team to contact Red Hat APAC. -- Done. HK team already mail to RedHat and waiting for replay.

   2. karen will contact LWN for media partner. -- Done

   3. Hong Kong Team to contact Engadget -- Done. HK team already mail to RedHat and waiting for replay.

   4. Karen will sign the CityU letter -- Done
2. GNOME.Asia Sponsor Brochure ( Call for Sponsor) status
   1. HK team send sponsorship brochures to a number of local Linux companies.
   2. Karen send to Google, Intel and SUSE.
   3. Karen and Haggen already mail and contect Mozilla.
3. GNOME.Asia Call for Paper status
   1. We receive 24 proposals now.
   2. Everyone push Call for paper this week.
   3. karenesq will contact Ada Initiative for keynote
   4. Allan suggest talk for 40 mins and everyone agree that.
   5. We should have a paper review committee, Haggen and Allan could help it.
4. GNOME.Asia Website status
   1. We have about 20 proposals now.
5. Venue status and Hotel booking
   1. Karen signed the letter and HK team submitted it to CityU.
   2. Yannis is looking for even cheaper hotels than 85USD /person/night
6. Discuss the conference date
   1. One day training at 8th, Conference at 9 - 10th, one day trip at 11th

Action items

1. Hong Kong Team will continue to persuade Mozilla Taiwan.
2. karenesq will contact Ada Initiative.
3. Everyone keep on spreading the world about CFP.
4. Haggen will find a localization expert, wers, Haggen and chandni will help paper review.
5. Website add paper export into CSV.
