Looks mostly good.
Few comments:

• Bugsquad Session and Contributing to GNOME User Documentation, Tobias Mueller & Andre Klapper: is this Keynote#2?
• How to apply for GNOME Outreach Program for Women - this sounds doubtful; perhaps some rewording is required. Was Eleanor Chen a successful candidate?
• x-mario - seems like a nice initiative looking for visibility. Though not related to GNOME, it can be incorporated. Developers might gain interest in it.
• Amanda Lam. What's that? Does (s)he need to be contacted?
• Is keynote#4 not decided?
  
  

I saw some entries of Julita Inca Chiroque for outreach program in the applications spreadsheet. Aren't they worthy of being included? She completed her internship successfully and even arranged for GNOME awareness in her college-event.


PS: I didn't understand anything not written in English so that bit is un-reviewed.
