I noticed, the Artwork page https://live.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/2011Summit/Artworks has work by Pockey which she has published under CC BY-SA license which means we can reuse the ones we need provided she gets attributed for her work and we share the resulting modified work based on the original ones under the same license.

Please add it to the All-todo doc. and pick the ones you have ideas for!

The certificates can have Hong Kong specific backdrops (I took that idea from last year's certificates which had India's monument styles and national bird as the footer silhouette)
