Three members of our local team recommend Soonson Kwon, then we definitely should invite him as Keynote speaker. 

Is he based in Korea? What language he will speech ? Would like to see more profile about him.

I recommend Soonson Kwon.
He is the founder and leader of KLDP, Korea's biggst and oldest open
source community for users and developers since 1996.
Maybe, All of korean linux developer know or heard his name.
He has broad experiences on internaltional/domestic collaboration.
If committee want more specifi profile about him, I can request to him.
