Should potential hosts propose agenda / programme / activities / events during the summit for locals (students, GNOME users and developers) and oversea developers ?

As I recall from past 2 years, preliminary agenda is included at proposals.

I think it will help potential hosts to tell our asia committee and foundation why should the summit next year to be hosted at their cities. And improve quality and connection between the local and global GNOME communities. :)
