  • sakana will confirm web account with Will [Done]
  • Emily will send to board with international sponsorship help and send to foundation-list to call for sponsors.
  • Shobha will upload design material to Github.[ Pending ]
  • sakana and emily will mail to travel committee with GNOME.Asia Summit.[Done]
  • haris will co-work with curiousDTU and local team with design material.[Pending]
  • Setting the timeline for summit.[Done]
• GNOME.Asia Summit 2016 Update
  • Local team will start co-work with estu and haris with web tasks.
  • Shobha will upload design material to Github or share with mail.
  • kittykat will help GNOME.Asia to plan the travel plan, but need local team to give expense list.
  • Everyone discuss the sponsor's brochure, Shobha will send of Sponsorship brochure to foundation-list.
  • Everyone discuss CFP, Submission deadline: Feb 16, 2016 Confirmation of paper acceptance: Feb 23, 2016. Arun will announce CFP to mail list and Oliver will help to publish on GNOME web.
