i find lots of this stuff at rufus.w3.org. i couldn't find it on any mirrors
either.

the rufus.w3.org site is only good for rpms though. and the organization is a
bit strange. now i search alta-vista for rufus and whatever lib that the rpm -i
command just told me i'm missing.
i've had the same problem with ftp.gnome.org. is it even open for anonymous or
is it just that popular?
