Balsa updates!

Hey there!

What have happend here? Isn't anyone working with balsa anymore?

well, I've done some changes:

1. "name search" in address-book.
2. It's now possible to dobble-click on folders in the tree-view.
(open/close) without getting the error-message.
3. The popup-menu are a bit dynamic, just see.
4. It's now possible to create mail-folders within
balsa. (popup-menu->New...).
5. It's now possible to turn off "checked"-dialogbox. (preferences).

I hope someone would try my changes, and hopefully add them to the
cvs-tree. This patch is based on the cvs-tree at 04-oct-99.

Things that have to be done:
* fix rebuilding of tree-view. Doesn't work properlly when adding
mailbox/folder/IMAP.
