Makefile.am in sound subdirectory

Hi,

I have just modified Makefile.am in sounds subdirectory. I works fine for
me but I am not very confident if it didn't got broken for other
environments so please be cautionous. In particular please check, if
/etc/sound/events/balsa.soundlist and /etc/sound/events/email.soundlist
are
installed to the right directory.
