AFAIK, you _must_ have this file, it comes with glib library. This
program is commonly used and returns information about your glib
configuration, directories, libraries and so on. In my case, it is in glib-devel rpm
package (but rpms are not used on BSD, are they?). Perhaps it's not on the
path?
